Delicatessen Manager Role

As a Delicatessen Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the deli department. You will oversee a team and contribute to maintaining an exceptionally presented store that welcomes and engages customers, team members, and community.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage a fast-paced customer-facing environment with direct/indirect leadership experience.
* Lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
* Maintain excellent department standards by monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control.
* Drive a one-team culture celebrating success and prioritizing team members' health, safety, and well-being.
