Senior Development Manager
We are seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead our development team at the Reserve Bank of Australia. As a Senior Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers and working closely with change delivery and shared services to deliver important enhancements, maintenance, and support to our services.
About the Role
* Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to best practices within an Agile framework.
* Stakeholder Management: Work in collaboration with business analysts, testers, and delivery managers to drive delivery outcomes.
* Platform Management: Collaborate with the delivery and support teams to manage and resolve platform issues, keeping the platform up to date with the latest features and security patches.
* Agile Development and Delivery: Assist in developing and implementing new features and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and high code quality.
* Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage demand, and provide updates on progress, testing, risks, and issues.
* Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure changes follow structured testing and change management processes to minimize risk.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends to ensure the platform evolves with industry best practices.
