About the role:
* Generate your own leads and nurture your pipeline with confidence.
* Deliver high-quality credit advice across a diverse client base - from first‑home buyers to investors, upsizers, and downsizers.
* Work collaboratively with a strong internal team who will take care of research, analyst work, and back‑office processing, so you can stay client‑facing and productive.
* Opportunity to work with commercial clients if that's part of your skill set.
About you:
* Diploma in Mortgage Broking preferred (Cert IV may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis)
* At least 3+ years' experience as a broker in the residential lending space
* Proven track record of successfully generating your own leads
