Your Impact
You will play a pivotal role in shaping financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across APAC region for Asahi Beverages. You will deliver timely, accurate, and meaningful financial analysis that supports decision making for the Executive leadership Team and the achievement of regional financial targets.
You will be the central point of financial consolidation for APAC, you will translate complex financial data into clear, concise, and high-quality Board-level reporting for our parent company in Japan (AGH). Through strong business partnering with Finance Leads across Business Units and Divisions, you will support regional planning, forecasting, and reporting processes—driving alignment, consistency, and performance in support of Asahi Beverages' long-term growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver clear, concise month-end and Board reports, partnering with stakeholders to articulate key performance drivers and support executive decision-making.
* Lead the Group management reporting agenda, continuously improving and simplifying reporting outputs.
* Using Power BI dashboards, to enhance financial insight, efficiency, and transparency.
* Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial reporting across all source systems and business units.
* Support delivery of quarterly forecasts and the annual budget, working closely with senior finance leaders and Business Unit Finance teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline, with CA/CPA qualification (or near completion).
* Previous experience in FP&A exposure and strong Board-level writing capability; suitable for first movers from professional services.
* Experience in a large, complex organisation; FMCG experience highly preferred
* Strong Excel and Power BI skills, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capability.
* Proven ability to lead process improvement and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into concise, succinct, actionable insights for senior Executive leadership team.
