As the Sales Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for everything that keeps agents performing at their best – from marketing campaigns and property launches to sales admin and brand management.

What you’ll actually do
- Handle sales admin – exchanges, settlements, auctions, and listings
- Coordinate property marketing – print, digital, social media, and signage
- Update and manage the office online presence – website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google
- Support agents with prospecting, campaigns, and client communications
- Implement and manage office branding initiatives
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects that keep the office running smoothly

What we’re looking for
- Certificate of Registration (COR)
- Some real estate experience preferred
- Highly organised, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about sales support and marketing
