This dynamic role blends financial oversight, governance reporting, systems administration, and customer data insights — all within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.The Role:Reporting to the Guest Relations Senior Manager (Governance & Assurance), you’ll play a central role in enabling smooth, data-informed, and compliant operations across the global Guest Relations function.You’ll lead and support initiatives in:Financial tracking and reporting of hospitality spendGlobal and regional governance and assurance processesCustomer data insights and Power BI dashboard managementSystem administration (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Forms)Configuration and rollout of a new global hospitality systemStrategic initiatives across safety, sustainability, technology, and experienceResponsibilities:Validate and process hospitality invoicesMaintain and track budget spend across Sydney and global marketsMonitor cost recovery processes and support financial presentationsGovernance, Compliance & AssuranceCompile and contribute to ANZ and Global governance reportsManage global assurance calendars and reporting processesAct as a key support contact for governance in the regionData & MetricsAnalyse utilisation of global café, meeting room, and event spacesMaintain and update dashboards in Power BISupport ad hoc data analysis for leadership and stakeholdersSystems & ApplicationsManage user access and content across SharePoint, Teams, and OutlookOversee hospitality playbooks and internal comms sitesServe as a go-to expert in Microsoft Forms and SharePointHospitality Systems ConfigurationLead the implementation and administration of a new global systemTailor configurations to support operational and customer goalsStrategic SupportChampion continuous improvement across global Guest Relations teamsContribute to initiatives tied to safety, governance, tech, and sustainabilityWhat You BringExperience in corporate hospitality, workplace services, or operations supportStrong analytical skills and comfort with financial reportingFamiliarity with governance/compliance processesAdvanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Power BI and SharePointExcellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving abilityA collaborative mindset and high attention to detailWhy This Role?This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a strategic support function that touches every part of the guest journey — from data and digital tools to frontline experience.
