Description:
Job Description
Work closely with the head chef and other senior chefs to prep and execute a menu that includes an elevated casual dining experience with pizza, tacos and a large share section including local produce that would fit our port side home.
* Ability to run a section.
* Assist in menu development.
* Creative flair and excellent presentation skills.
* Work closely with team members across this team.
* Assist senior chefs in organisation of sections.
* Ensuring food are prepared up to standard.
* Cook and plate food to a standard.
