In partnership with Oxford Art Factory, one of Australia’s leading live music venues, OCA delivers real-world, project-based training in a fully immersive environment. No classrooms. Just studios, stages, strategy, and the spark of what makes this industry thrive.
We’re seeking passionate educators and practitioners to join our team as OCA Music Industry Specialists — mentors and facilitators who can empower emerging artists, producers, and music entrepreneurs to build sustainable creative careers.
About the Role
You’ll deliver the Certificate IV in Music (CUA40920) in one or more of the following areas:

The OCA Diploma: For Entrepreneurs in the Music Industry
Launching soon, the OCA Diploma offers students real-world opportunities to build music ventures through projects like the Music Makers Club, Gallery Bar Records, and the OCA Think Tank. Specialists will mentor students through this hands-on journey.
Requirements to Teach at OCA
To be eligible, you’ll need:
- Industry qualifications in music or business and current knowledge of your field
- At least 3 years of recent post-qualification industry experience
- A current Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
You may be appointed under supervision while completing your teaching qualification.
