This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-quality materials, creating bespoke stone products for residential and commercial projects.
* Operate CNC cutting, milling, and polishing machinery to shape and finish stone surfaces.
* Read and interpret CAD drawings and templates with precision.
* Carry out manual masonry work including cutting, edging, and polishing by hand.
* Maintain all machinery, tools, and workstations, ensuring a safe environment.
* Conduct final inspections to uphold quality standards.
* Safely load, move, and handle heavy stone slabs using lifting equipment.
* Collaborate closely with the production team to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
Key skills include:
* Proven experience as a CNC Operator or Stone Mason in the stone industry.
* Competent in the use of CNC bridge saws, waterjets, and polishing machines.
* Strong understanding of materials including granite, marble, quartz, and porcelain.
* Confident interpreting technical drawings and using measuring instruments.
* Physically capable of handling heavy materials safely.
