This role is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in operational excellence, and values working as part of a connected university community.Key responsibilities will include:* Providing high-quality administrative support to academic staff and students, including correspondence preparation, reporting and minute taking.* Liaising with staff, students, external stakeholders and community members, handling a wide range of enquiries and initiating follow-up actions as required.* Conducting the onboarding processes for staff, students, and visitors, ensuring smooth induction and access to all necessary facilities and resources.* Supporting the Head of Physics/Deputy Head of School with all administrative aspects of the role, including recording of workloads, recruitment processes, annual staff appraisals.* Supporting financial administration such as purchasing, reconciliations, hospitality requests, reimbursements and expense claims.*For further information, please*# **About You**The University of Queensland considers that the filling of this position is intended to constitute a special / equal opportunity measure under section 105 of the *Anti-Discrimination Act 1991* (Qld) and section 8(1) of the *Racial Discrimination Act 1975* (Cth).
