Senior Publican | Northern Territory
As a Senior Publican you will be responsible for supporting and coaching Venue Managers within your portfolio to achieve sustainable business targets. You will be a change agent, driving and embedding initiatives within venues, as well as bringing your own fresh ideas to your team and the wider business.

A Day In The Life Of a Senior Publican
* Develop venue leaders in your portfolio of 6 venues to build capability in the business
* Lead venue teams to adopt a guest first approach to offer an authentic and local guest experience
* Educate and coach venues on the business strategy, empowering them to take initiative and contribute to the delivery of the strategy in their venue.
* Lead venue teams to take accountability for the financial performance of their venues, maximising sales and profitability, and taking action for improved results
* Actively demonstrate safety leadership, ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are understood and adhered to by teams.
* Ensure venues fully comply with all statutory legislation, accreditations and workplace policies such as liquor licensing, gaming legislation, industrial awards, food safety program, smoking, OHS and trade practices.
* Daily travel is required, tool of trade vehicle will be provided.
About You
* Experience in leading multi-site hospitality operations or strong single site management, looking for the next career step
* Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial fundamentals, including leveraging guest data and insights
* Strong influencing, stakeholder relationship and communication skills
* Eligible to meet State / Territory licensing requirements (includes a probity check)
