We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join our team at MACKAY AREA PRODUCTIVITY SERVICES .
This is a part-time, permanent position that's responsible for providing effective administrative support to our office, contributing to the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing a range of general administrative duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintaining databases, distributing communications and recording meeting minutes
Managing purchasing and receipt of goods, including office consumables and uniforms.
Handling telephone enquiries and providing customer service to our clients
Supporting the team with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within theOffice Managementindustry
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office suite
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
The ability to work independently and within a team
