We are one of Australia's top leading menswear brands looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This role plays a key part in supporting our store network and field teams, acting as a central point of contact and helping ensure our operations run smoothly day to day. It's a great opportunity to gain exposure to broader business functions, including retail operations, reporting, store openings and closures, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration with teams such as marketing, property, and finance.

The role offers a chance to build on your current experience, develop new skills, and grow your understanding of the wider retail business beyond the shop floor. This role will be based in Head Office in Rosebery.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (but not limited to)

* Be the key contact and support for all Retail stores and Management in the field by providing assistance as needed.
* Upload all retail budgeting and through AP21.
* Maintain AP21 for all retail team changes/terminations/area structures.
* Provide all necessary administration requirements/documents required by Retail stores.
* Manage all brand and retail travel and accommodation requests, adhering to the travel budget through the travel cost tracker.
* Setup, maintain and distribute the Store Opening/Closing Checklist managing all departments deadlines, working with builders, property team and property development team throughout store fit out.
* Manage and coordinate for retail all consumables in the warehouse: shopping bags, register rolls, gift vouchers, markdown guns, tagging guns, stocktake guns, first aid kits etc ensuring sufficient stocks without carrying excess.
* Provide general administrative support to General Manager and Head of Retail as needed.
* Reconciliation of business credit cards, Invoice management and invoice signoff.
