About the opportunity
Joining us, you will play an integral role in the daily operations, stakeholder engagement, and independently managing projects of functional significance for the portfolio. As a doer, you will work closely with Executive Officer and the Head of Operations, to ensure the portfolio key priorities are effectively managed and you will get an opportunity to contribute to the University's Indigenous strategy formulation.
The role will work in a collaborative manner to provide high level administrative support for the portfolio operations across a range of activities and contribute to the effective coordination, planning and control of projects. The position assists the Head of Operations with a wide range of general administration, financial, human resource, and project support matters.
