Lead Retail Site
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a site team to deliver exceptional customer service, safe and compliant operations, and strong financial results.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure all aspects of retail site operations are implemented, including health, safety, security and environment (HSSE), customer service, sales performance, business controls, and team development.
* Drive sales through effective ordering, promotional execution, product availability, and store presentation.
* Manage business controls including cash handling, cost control, stock management, security, payroll compliance, and price execution.
* Contribute ideas to improve processes, embrace change, and support new business initiatives.
