* Deliver end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
* Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and UX designers to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Provide technical guidance and context to offshore teams, ensuring alignment and delivery quality
* Contribute to architecture decisions and platform evolution
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies
* Ensure observability, reliability, and performance of deployed applications
* Minimum 3+ years of full stack development experience
* Proven experience leading or contributing significantly to mobile and/or cloud integration projects
* Strong background delivering solutions across C#, .NET, React, Node.js, and/or mobile platforms
* Experience working in enterprise environments with complex integration and production support needs.
* Experience with SQL and CosmosDB, and Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management.
* Performance optimisation across UI and API layers
* Advanced accessibility practices
* Deep observability experience (distributed tracing, metrics dashboards)
* Experience with large-scale enterprise data and reporting workloads
