Lead Field Operations
We are seeking a Senior Field Supervisor to oversee field operations and manage maintenance programs in natural settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead teams of personnel on conservation projects and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
* Develop, implement, and maintain effective procedures for the supervision of personnel engaged in hazardous work activities such as bushfire hazard reduction or vegetation management works.
* To develop safe working practices to mitigate potential hazards associated with high risk activities including but not limited to: vehicle operation (off road), chainsaw operations, scissor lifts etc. And ensuring compliance at all times within our Safety Management System Policy
