Job Title: Travel Logistics Coordinator
As a key member of our global teams, you will have a diverse and varied role in travel logistics management.
You'll collaborate with colleagues to support company initiatives and deliver innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Independently manage client travel requirements, including VIP client travel requirements, while anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs.
* Logistical Planning: Formulate complex, logistical itinerary plans to deliver practical travel solutions, ensuring that specific requirements are met.
* VIP Service Delivery: Fully service all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation.
* Error Resolution: Report, investigate and resolve errors or/and client complaints adhering to the highest standards of customer service.
* Operational Efficiency: Operate in accordance with client service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies and standards.
* Sales Performance: Manage and successfully deliver profit and sales targets in relation to own client portfolio.
* Negotiation: Negotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditure.
* Administrative Tasks: Process administrative tasks including accounting queries from both the client and Finance department through to final reconciliation.
* System Maintenance: Complete all systems and respond to all communications proactively, promptly, efficiently and accurately.
* Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure all PNRs Galileo are correct and fully completed.
