This is a key leadership role that provides high-level executive support to a network of independent schools in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Coordination: Coordinate and manage all administrative activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, responding to enquiries and liaising with schools, staff, and external partners.
* Event Management: Oversee the organisation and delivery of annual sporting competitions and related events.
* Policy Development: Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
* Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and assist with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
* Leadership Support: Provide high-level executive support to the Association's leadership team.
