We are looking forahandson,dynamicFinance Managerto join ourteamoverseeing the financial performance, controls, and reportingfor our venues.
This role partners closely with senior management and operational leaders to drive profitability, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Overseemonth end processingand prepare monthlymanagement reports
Review and lodge BAS, PAYG and Payroll Taxreporting
Preparebudgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics
Operational & Commercial Support
Partner withVenueManagers and department heads to improve cost control andKPIs
Work along the projects team to provide support for new venue opportunities
Analyse labour costs, food & beverage costs, and inventory performance
Support pricing strategies, promotions, and yield management initiatives
Providefinancial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
Compliance & Controls
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax obligations, and statutory reporting
Manage audits, tax filings, and liaise with external accountants and advisors
Maintain strong internal controls and financial policies
Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions
Team & Systems Management
Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members(including offshore team)
Drive and engage with Banks, UtilityprovidersandInsurance Brokersto ensure successful relationships for the group
Improve financial systems, processes, and reporting efficiency
Work withinternal/external vendor on all systems:POS(anditsintegrations),accountingsoftwareand others
Supportor leadsystem implementations or upgrades asrequired
Skills and Experience
CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification
7+ years' experience in finance or accounting, ideally within hospitality
Strong understanding of hospitality revenue streams and cost structures
Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
Experience with multi-site or multi-venue operations
Familiarity with hospitality systems (e.g. POSandit'sintegrations, inventory systems, Xero, Fathom)
