We're working with a highly reputable cabinetry and fit-out company delivering architecturally designed joinery across luxury homes and high-end commercial spaces throughout Perth.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline into ****, they are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join their team.
This is an opportunity to build exceptional, custom-made joinery and be part of a supportive workshop and onsite installation crew that prides itself on quality, precision, and detail.
About the Role You'll be involved in the full production process-fabricating, assembling, finishing, and installing bespoke cabinetry.
Projects range from luxury kitchens and wardrobes to commercial fitouts, reception counters, feature walls, and architectural statements.

Key Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry to high-quality standards Read and interpret detailed plans, drawings, and cutting lists Operate workshop machinery (panel saw, CNC, edgebander, drills, routers, hand tools) Complete onsite installs with precision and a strong eye for detail Work confidently with solid timber, veneers, laminate, and engineered materials Maintain accuracy in measurements, cutting, and finishing Collaborate with workshop staff, installers, and project teams Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Identify and resolve fabrication or installation issues Deliver premium craftsmanship that reflects the company's standards About You Trade-qualified Cabinet Maker (Cert III minimum) Strong experience across custom residential or commercial joinery Confident with both workshop manufacturing and onsite installation Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-end finishes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude White Card and valid driver's licence What's On Offer Competitive hourly rate + super (based on experience) Consistent, long-term pipeline of premium projects Modern workshop with high-quality machinery and tools Supportive team culture with opportunities to grow and upskill Work on architecturally designed, bespoke joinery pieces Immediate start available
