**The Company**
Our client is an iconic Australian-based footwear brand that delivers on the latest trends with their line of sneakers, boots, and heels.
**The Role**
They are currently looking for a Marketing Manager who will take lead in developing their team of digital specialists across e-commerce, socials, and more to drive digital growth, excellent in-store experiences, and online customer experiences. This role would be managing the brand across Australia and the UK.
- Oversee and execution of the marketing calendar for the Australia and UK websites
- Manage sales, creative development for retail, VM, store launches and brand and media showing events
- Ensure branding is consistent across all channels
- Lead and develop team members
- Manage relationships with media publications, stylists and influencers to secure placement in aligned channels for Australia and UK
- Organise and manage photo shoots, modelling agencies, stylists and photographers for content and PR marketing
- Report directly to the directors of the company.
**About You**
- Experience in creating, planning, and executing marketing strategy online
- At least three+ years' experience in a marketing management role
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing manager capacity in the fashion and/or retail industries
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills
- Experience in Team Management and Development
- Solid understanding of national and international retail and online landscapes commercially
- Hands-on knowledge in social media, Meta business manager, tik tok, and digital marketing.
