Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team to deliver superior customer service and property management
* Build and maintain strong tenant relationships
* Oversee lease obligations, financial performance, and budgeting
* Manage operational and capital expenditure, and ensure timely reporting
* Act as the main point of contact for tenants and vendors
* Drive operational performance and continuous process improvements
About You
* 3-4+ years experience in commercial property management with strong financial acumen
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong knowledge of building services, real estate trends, and lease interpretation
* Experience with Re-Leased or Cirrus 8 software is highly desirable
* Passion for project work and a drive to problem-solve
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
