We are on the hunt for a customer-focussed NightCaretaker, for our valued local Government Client, in Coffs Harbour -HolidayPark Environment.
Hours will vary: off peak will be minimum of 1-2 nights perweek and peak hours can be up to 5-6 shifts per week - you will receiveovernight allowance as well!
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcomenew arrivals into the park
* Respondto all after-hours accommodation enquiries, bookings, payments,emergencies and guest requests, courteously, expediently andaccurately.
* Assistreceptionists with end of day process, and accompany them to theirvehicles at the end of their shifts.
* Maintaingrounds and facilities to a high standard.
* Reportany operational issues or concerns to the Operations Supervisor.
* Conveywork requirements to relevant co-workers and management, and respondpromptly to directions/requests made by Holiday Park staff.
* Liaisewith tradesmen to coordinate after-hours work requirements.
* Operationof plant ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
* Carryout all tasks, including the operation of plant in accordance withrelevant standards and legislation, not limited to the Work Health SafetyAct.
* Undertakeregular patrols of the Holiday Parks, liaise with guests and residents andmonitor all Holiday Park facilities.
* Lockand secure Holiday Park Facilities.
* Communicatewith Static Guards, Security Patrols and Police regarding any patronissues or concerns.
* NSWWorking With Children Check (for paid work) - or willing to obtain ifsuccessful
* Ableto cover multiple work-sites: Park beach and Sawtell!
* Demonstratedcustomer service, negotiation, public relations and organisationalskills
* Demonstratedinterpersonal, verbal and written communication
* Demonstratedcomputer literacy and keyboarding skills.
* Demonstratedgeneral knowledge relating to building maintenance, swimming poolequipment and operations
* Demonstratedability to manage risk in accordance with WHS legislation
* Candidatewill need to be available for varied and fluid hours across a sharedroster
* Willingand able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
