Key Responsibilities
* Supervise a team of mining engineers to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
* Optimize underground mine plans to maximize resource extraction while minimizing costs and environmental impact
* Develop and manage monthly forecasts and project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements
* More than 7 years of experience in underground mining, preferably in various mining methods
* Expertise in mine planning, budgeting, and scheduling software
* Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise a team of engineers
