Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten is excited to be opening our brand new Aspire Forrest Green centre in Armstrong Creek, and we are looking for an experienced Centre Manager and passionate Assistant Centre Manager to join our leadership team.

About the Roles Centre Manager

As Centre Manager, you will lead the successful launch and ongoing operations of Aspire Forrest Green while building a positive, high‐performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead centre operations, compliance, and daily management
* Recruit, mentor, and develop a strong team of educators
* Drive occupancy growth and community engagement
* Foster positive relationships with families and the local community
* Maintain high‐quality educational and care outcomes
* Ensure compliance with regulations and the National Quality Standards
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the service
Assistant Centre Manager

Working closely alongside the Centre Manager, you will support daily operations while mentoring educators and helping build a thriving centre culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Support day‐to‐day centre operations and leadership
* Mentor and motivate educators to deliver high‐quality programs
* Build strong relationships with families and the community
* Support compliance and quality improvement processes
* Assist with enrolments, rostering, and occupancy growth
* Help establish a collaborative and inclusive team environment
About You

We are looking for passionate and motivated early childhood leaders who are committed to delivering quality outcomes for children, families, and teams.

You Will Have
* ACECQA‐approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Experience in a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, or senior leadership role
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Children's Services Regulations
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* Confidence leading, mentoring, and supporting teams
* Strong organisational and operational capability
* Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
* Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check
* Experience with XAP or similar childcare software highly regarded
