Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one telehealth / onsite mental health support for our clients

* Collaborate with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform
For this role, we require a Master/Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling or Clinical Psychology and expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.). Candidates should also have at least 300 clinical hours post-masters degree and proficiency in English and their local language. Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is highly valued.
While not essential, prior experience in EAP, counselling adults, or coaching managerial roles is a plus. Also, being open to working onsite if necessary is beneficial.
