Self Employment Assistance Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team as a Self Employment Assistance (SEA) Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others by supporting participants in getting their own business up and running.
About the Role:
* Implement effective marketing and networking strategies to engage potential participants.
* Assess applicants to determine their suitability for the program.
* Support participants in developing a detailed business plan to Government standards.
* Provide personalized coaching, motivation, and guidance to participants.
* Monitor financial viability of businesses and implement action plans where required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
* A MyGovID (Standard level).
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
