As the leader of this centre, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations and ensuring the success, accountability, and continuous improvement of the centre. Your goal is to work with the community to create a safe and supportive environment for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the centre's resources and personnel to achieve set goals and objectives.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the centre's continued growth and development.
* Collaborate with local communities and stakeholders to promote the centre's services and engage with the public.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)
* A current driver's licence
Desirable Requirements
* An appropriate tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education, Child Care, Adult Education, Health Care, Community Development, or a related discipline
