We are now seeking a skilled and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team and support the daily preparation and production of our dishes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, soups, and specialty menu items.
Follow established recipes and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Assist in food preparation, portioning, and daily mise en place.
Monitor food stock levels and inform senior staff for ordering when required.
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment in accordance with food safety standards.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Support senior kitchen staff and contribute to smooth daily kitchen operations.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience working as a Cook in a commercial kitchen (Chinese cuisine experience preferred).
Understanding of basic Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management.
Strong sense of hygiene and commitment to food safety.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
