About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing – Wolverine & Incubation, you will be responsible for the marketing of UGG across AU and NZ. This includes managing the ideation, development, and execution of UGG marketing in AU and NZ across all channels. You will work cross-functionally with Digital, eCommerce, CRM, Retail, Planning & Wholesale teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:


Brand

* Work closely with the Head of Marketing on the execution of the AU and NZ GTM strategy for UGG.
* Provide creative guidance for all content produced internally, ensuring compliance with global brand guidelines, logo usage, typography, and image style.
* Create and update localised brand presentations for review by Deckers, the UGG parent company.
* Ensure quality control of creative material, maintaining brand identity and value proposition.
* Implement the global GTM strategy across digital and retail channels.
* Collaborate with external influencer agencies on organic seeding programs.
* Coordinate co-op campaigns with wholesale partners.
* Support marketing efforts for wholesale and retail partners.


Social Media

* Plan, manage, and post social and influencer content aligned with the GTM strategy.
* Manage localised UGG Instagram & WeChat strategies.
* Achieve follower growth KPIs on Instagram & WeChat.
* Align social content with global and local marketing calendars.


Retail

* Execute visual merchandising in line with global directives for consistent messaging.
* Develop best practices for VM/POS for UGG retail stores.
* Create assets and activations for store openings, product launches, and ad hoc requests.
* Distribute retail directives for POS marketing across stores.


Digital

* Brief and create content for organic and paid media channels (Meta, social, China social, EDMs, web assets).
* Collaborate on paid campaigns with internal performance marketing teams.
* Manage communication with external Chinese social agencies (WeChat, Little Red Book, Weibo).
* Work with the CRM team on campaign-focused EDMs.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years in marketing or related roles.
* Experience in global brand marketing is highly regarded.
* Degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, and photography.
* Basic skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Understanding of digital and print design requirements.
* A proactive, 'make it happen' attitude.
