The Opportunity
This role sits within our Corporate Division, supporting delivery across the Engineering sector spanning civil, construction, infrastructure, and related disciplines.
As a Delivery Consultant, you'll work alongside our Principal Consultants and Account Managers to deliver exceptional results for our strategic accounts. This is not a traditional recruitment role it's positioned between internal talent acquisition and agency delivery, offering the best of both worlds: the structure and collaboration of an internal team, and the energy and variety of agency life.
What you'll be doing
* Building and nurturing strong talent pools of engineering professionals across civil, construction, infrastructure, and technical disciplines.
* Managing the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing and screening through to placement and onboarding.
* Supporting Principal Consultants to deliver top talent to our national client base.
* Partnering with consultants and account managers to deliver outcomes on client campaigns and project engagements.
* Assisting in national delivery initiatives, including market mapping, proposals, and candidate engagement strategies.
* Maintaining accurate and professional process documentation.
* Collaborating with colleagues across Australia to share market insights, talent networks, and best practice
About you
You are a people-first recruiter who thrives on connecting great talent with meaningful work. You may come from an agency, RPO, or internal talent acquisition background and you enjoy the variety and pace of project-based recruitment.
