About the role
Tableland Tyres' is seeking a full-time Tyre Fitter / Wheel Aligner/ Mechanic to join our team in Bathurst, NSW. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and replacement of tyres, alignment of wheels and mechanical repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.
What you'll be doing
1. Inspect, repair, and replace tyres on a variety of vehicles
2. Perform wheel alignments and balancing services
3. Identify any issues with tyres or wheels and recommend appropriate solutions
4. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
5. Provide excellent customer service and advise customers on tyre and wheel maintenance
6. Maintain a clean and organised work environment
7. Comply with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tyre Fitter or Wheel Aligner / Mechanic
2. Strong knowledge of tyre and wheel repair and maintenance procedures
3. Proficient in using tyre changing and wheel alignment equipment
4. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
5. Good communication and customer service skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Commitment to safety and attention to detail
