BrightSide is proud to be leading the national recruitment campaign for Territory Managers with Suntory Oceania. It's an exciting time to join this dynamic global business as it launches its partnership in July this year.
We're building a team of top-tier sales professionals, united by a passion for representing a market leading portfolio and delivering innovative solutions for the business, their customers, and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer call cycles and ensure complete territory coverage
* Promote and up-sell Suntory Oceania products, capturing orders to meet customer requirements
* Implement category management initiatives to meet planograms and space to sales targets
* Drive new business development by presenting the portfolio and meeting objectives
* Manage fridges and assets in line with ROI guidelines
* Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly
* Execute the Planned Call at every customer visit
* Pre-sell all National, State-Based & Account specific promotional activities
* Achieve new product penetration targets
* Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
* At least 18 months of Drinks or FMCG Sales experience, OR of equivalent Hospitality experience
* Familiarity with selling processes and CRM systems
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proven ability to work independently and make decisions
* Professional presentation and selling skills
* Excellent planning and execution capabilities
* Ability to establish strong relationships and build rapport effortlessly
