Our client, one of Toowoomba's premier legal firms, is seeking an experienced Administration Officer/Secretary for a full-time, permanent opportunity. Applicants for this vacancy should have experience in an administration support role with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
The Administration Officer/Secretary will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the firm's legal professionals, including the following role accountabilities:
- Receiving and screening telephone calls
- Opening and closing files
- Scheduling and arranging meetings, conferences, court dates and notifying concerned parties
- Preparing briefs
- Proofreading and correcting prepared materials and documentation
- Billing/Client fee arrangements
- Training administration staff
