Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid Customer Support role based in Surry Hills with a growing tech startup operating in the cryptocurrency space. You'll support international customers during the overnight shift, delivering high-quality assistance across chat and email channels.
The role involves troubleshooting customer issues, answering queries, identifying patterns or recurring problems, and escalating technical matters to the internal team when required. You don't need deep technical expertise, but you should be comfortable learning new systems and thinking analytically.
There are strong opportunities to grow and develop your skills within the organisation as they continue to scale.
Ideal Candidate
• Some exposure to IT help desk, troubleshooting, or technical support
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools
• Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Interest in the crypto or broader tech/startup world is a bonus (not essential)
