ABOUT THE ROLE
This Receptionist position is open as full-time, permanent role located in Hexham (Newcastle) NSW.
This entry‐level role welcomes candidates with emerging professional experience and the capability to apply their skills in a practical setting, as well as those with more developed skillset.
Being an integral part of our Auctions team with the responsibility to support all front-office administrative requests, this role provides accurate data entry and professional customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensuring customer and visitor support at the front desk and provide professional and responsive client service
* Working closely with our Auctions team, preparing accurate and timely reports
* Assist with auction related administration, document preparation and formatting, data entry and customer file management
* Answering and directing calls, responding to email enquiries, distribution of mail
* Delivering administration support of sales and balance sheets, performing invoice data entries and reminders of payments
* Close cooperation with our Marketing team on organising auction related ads and prints
* Ensuring site car registrations are up to date
* General administration as directed by the site Manager
ABOUT YOU
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Pleasant and assertive personality with solid problem solving skills
* Willingness to grow and further develop office administration and clerical skillslots? 75 subjects
* User experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), data entry and document formatting
* Previous experience with preparing purchase orders and invoicing is desirable
* Pro‐active approach with the ability to follow instructions and willingness to learn
