The Role
We are seeking a capable and empathetic Support Worker to assist a participant in Rockhampton. This is an ongoing role providing approximately, with flexible scheduling to suit both the participant and support worker.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the participant with transport
* Supporting the participant to engage in community activities and social participation
* Ensuring safe travel and participation during outings
* Collaborating with families and the Beyond Health Services team to support consistent community engagement

You are a patient, empathetic, and organised individual with:
* Excellent communication and reliability
* A friendly and non-judgmental approach
* Access to a car and a valid driver's licence
