About the role
We have a great opportunity for you to join ELGAS as a Account Manager.Based out of Canning Vale, Perth you will not only be responsible for the growth and retention of select customers but also seeking and converting new business prospects.
What you will enjoy doing
* In this role you will retain exciting customer baseline, achieve LP Gas sales budget being agreed sales volume, margin and product group objectives
* Achieve agreed LPG sales budgets, including volume, margin, and product channel goals
* Maintain accurate customer records and input data into the EWS system
* Complete and submit monthly sales reports, tracking performance, market trends, and competitor activity
* In addition, you will identify load build opportunities throughout the geographic area and pass leads onto relevant personnel for follow up
* Re-sign customer accounts as they fall due, prepare a Business Approval Model for all re-signs and follow company Delegation of Authority (DOA) in all instances
* You will also establish and maintain data on the customer information base, via appropriate EWS screens. Develop trade allies and ensure they are serviced
What makes you great
* You have two to three (2-3) years field sales experience
* Clean and valid drivers licence is required for this role
* In addition you have strong customer focus
* You are results orientated
* You also own negotiation and conflict management skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
