Responsibilities
* Provide assistance and support to consumers in their daily activities
* Assist with personal care, domestic assistance, social support, transport, meal preparation, and mobility
* Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and any observations or incidents
* Understanding and commitment to maintaining consumer confidentiality
Key Requirements
* Relevant Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care
* Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handlings certifications
* National Police Check (completed within the last 6 months)
* Valid Drivers Licence & reliable transportation
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, with a knowledge of health and safety practices in a care setting
