Georgiou Group is partnering with Koppen's Construction to deliver disaster recovery works on one of Australia's most beautiful highways. This project will involve various civil and slope stabilisation works across multiple brownfield sites, where your commercial expertise is needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all cost and contractual matters to ensure project costs, revenues, claims, and supplier agreements are administered
* Initiate, review, analyse, and administer the closing of contracts
* Financial management including monthly progress claims and reporting
* Maintain good working relationships with clients and subcontractors while negotiating and managing the head contract and subcontractors for the project
* Influence and lead others in the team to produce high-quality project outcomes
* Ensure delivered products comply with contract specifications and record and report on any non-conformances
Requirements:
* Focus, drive, and a commitment to excellence, with demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator in the Civil infrastructure sector
* A strong understanding and experience in a range of complex contracts
* Proven experience in procurement and subcontractor management on sizable projects
* A highly analytical approach and strong attention to detail
* Well-developed communication skills to assist in client meetings
