Outbound Sales Consultant – E-Waste (Office-Based Role)

Are you a driven, target-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and loves turning conversations into commercial outcomes?

Shred-X is seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Consultant to grow our E-Waste and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) service line through outbound engagement with our existing customer base.

This is a fully office-based position. You will work onsite each day as part of our branch team, collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

What you'll do

* Take ownership of revenue growth within the E-Waste and ITAD product line by proactively engaging existing customers and identifying new opportunities.
* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing customers to upsell and cross-sell E-Waste and ITAD services
* Build strong, professional relationships and uncover value-adding solutions for customers
* Actively manage and prioritise daily call activity to maximise productivity and results
* Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance metrics
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and pipeline activity
* Negotiate pricing, service solutions, and contract terms within approved parameters
* Manage objections confidently and close sales opportunities effectively
* Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure seamless service delivery
* Share market insights and customer feedback to support broader business growth
* Contribute to a high-performance, accountable, and supportive office team culture

What we're looking for

* A resilient and commercially minded telesales professional who takes ownership of targets and thrives in a structured, office-based sales environment.
* Proven experience in outbound telesales or a target-driven sales role
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Strong relationship-building and persuasive communication skills
* Outstanding telephone manner and negotiation ability
* Highly motivated, results-driven, and tenacious
* Strong time management and organisational capability
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* E-waste or related industry knowledge (preferred but not essential)
* Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset
