Therapeutic Youth Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapeutic Youth Worker to join our team. As a permanent part-time worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of young people in care.

You will work with a supportive and passionate team to help young people feel safe, build trust, and believe in their futures. If you are calm, empathetic, and ready to make a difference, we encourage you to apply.


Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

* Support young people in care to feel safe and secure
* Build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
* Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, or Community Services
* Full Australian Driver's License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
* NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
* Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
