Based at our West Perth campus, this role plays a key part in supporting both Vocational Education and Higher Education delivery, ensuring our digital learning platforms run smoothly, remain compliant, and continue to evolve in line with best practices.Reporting to the General Manager – ICT, you will manage a small team of LMS Administrators and Helpdesk staff while collaborating with academic, IT, and student services teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day LMS operations, ensuring performance, updates, and technical issue resolution.Oversee content upload and organisation across VET and Higher Education.Provide training, support, and clear user guides for staff, instructors, and administrators.Monitor LMS data and reporting, using insights to enhance performance and efficiency.Ensure seamless integration with Student Management Systems (SMS) and other tools.Lead and mentor LMS support staffStay abreast of e-learning trends and introduce innovations to improve user experience.Contribute to compliance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks.About YouBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or related field.Minimum 3 years' experience as an LMS Manager or Academic Resource Manager.In-depth knowledge of Canvas LMS; experience with LTI integrations and multimedia formats.Strong understanding of VET and Higher Education compliance (AQF, TEQSA, ASQA).
Skilled in troubleshooting, analytics, and system configuration.Excellent communication and user training ability.Experience in managing a small team.Additional skills in Power BI, data visualisation, Microsoft 365, HTML/CSS, or ITIL Foundation will be highly regarded.Why Join Us?
