Your role
We're seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of Chicago Pneumatic portable air products across Oceania. You'll be responsible for expanding market share, building a strong dealer network, and executing strategic marketing plans to position CP as a top player in the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow market share and explore new applications
* Develop and execute annual marketing plans
* Build and manage distributor relationships
* Oversee inventory and CRM accuracy
* Lead promotional activities and ensure brand alignment
* Provide regular sales and marketing reports
* Support training and development for distributor teams
