Upper Hunter Automotive is a proudly family-owned and operated dealership located in Muswellbrook, in the heart of the Hunter Valley.
We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Workshop Foreman to lead our Service team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Foreman or a highly competent Senior Technician ready to step up into a leadership position.

- A current open manual driver's licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee day-to-day workshop operations
- Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and compliance standards
- Maintain quality control across all service and repair work
- Conduct accurate diagnostics and road testing of vehicles
- Provide technical support, guidance, and training to team members
- Foster a positive, motivated, and safety-conscious workplace culture
