We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Coordinator to support our occupational health and wellbeing initiatives.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to coordinate and support our occupational health, rehabilitation, and mental health strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Champion psychosocial risk management and ensure alignment with relevant legislation and best practice.
* Deliver initiatives aligned with our People & Safety Strategy and Mental Health Strategy.
* Support rehabilitation programs, including Return to Work, Injury Management, and Health Monitoring in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Facilitate internal consultation processes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
* Develop reports, dashboards, project updates, fact sheets, and health bulletins.
The ideal candidate will have current registration as an Allied Health Professional with AHPRA or equivalent, tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health or Health-Related discipline, and demonstrated experience in occupational health, rehabilitation, and psychosocial risk management.
