As part of their relentless drive to have a best in class customer experience they have created a new role of National Home Delivery Manager to join their team in Sydney.
The role
National Home Delivery Manager will professionalise and elevate the capability of the last mile delivery team with the ultimate goal of improving the Customer Net Promoter Score. With a mix of own-fleet and third-party delivery drivers across multiple regions, the role plays a critical part in shaping consistency, reducing incidents, and delivering a world-class customer experience at the final mile.
Key responsibilities include:
* Implement continuous training programs focused on improving service quality, delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with Logistics, Customer Service and Retail teams to ensure alignment of training objectives.
* Prepare and deliver regular reports on training outcomes, driver performance improvements, and recommendations for ongoing enhancements.
* Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are fully trained in delivery operations, assembly of products, safety protocols, and customer interaction.
* Optimise the utilisation of current transport fleet to increase and complement freight costs.
