The Field Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional store performance across the 7‑Eleven network. You will be directly accountable for overseeing the operations of approximately 10–14 Franchise and Corporate stores across the Logan area. As an experienced retail leader, you'll leverage your expertise to coach and mentor Store Leaders in executing our customer‑centric ambitions, driving both operational excellence and an outstanding in‑store experience.
We're seeking someone who is passionate about retail and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment — someone energised by daily interaction with like-minded, driven individuals. You'll get a real buzz from empowering others to reach their full potential, while also setting and maintaining high standards for in‑store excellence and customer service.
