We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive Francesca’s marketing vision, lead high-impact campaigns, and manage an empowered team!About The RoleAs Marketing Manager, you will work closely with Francesca’s Creative Director/CMO to execute a compelling brand vision across all marketing initiatives. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns, manage strategic partnerships, oversee brand messaging, and develop innovative digital and CRM strategies to drive growth and engagement whilst supporting and nurturing an engaged team.Key ResponsibilitiesAmplify the Creative Vision – Collaborate with Francesca’s Creative Director to ensure all marketing campaigns align with the brand’s identity and values and all touchpoints with consumers are reached. Overseeing the full life cycle of our campaigns ensuring they are leveraged efficiently.Marketing Strategy & Campaigns – Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, PR, influencer marketing, and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Monitoring and reporting the marketing KPI’s - Data Evaluation: Day-to-day analysis of CRM data and campaign performance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
